Mr. Pratul Shroff is the founder and CEO of e-Infochips – the largest & most successful technology design services company based out of Gujarat, having 6 design centers across India, employing over 700+ professionals and serving early-stage to Fortune-500 customers worldwide.

His mantra of "Customer First" and a strong belief in disciplined execution has resulted into 40% CAGR growth over past 7 years. Before founding e-Infochips, he spent his career at Intel designing 80186 Processor - fountainhead of PC era, and was a founding engineer at Daisy Systems which grew to $125 million sales with over 1200 employees within 5 years. Under his leadership, e-Infochips has received several accolades – Best Software Exporter award in 1997/98, Outstanding IT Entrepreneur in 2004, Emerging ICT Enterprise in 2005, Top 5 Texas Instruments’ Worldwide Partner in 2008 and NASSCOM Emerge 50 in 2009. He holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from BITS-Pilani, an MS in Computer Engineering from Cornell University, USA and a degree in management studies from IIM – Ahmedabad.

As Chairperson of Calorx, she has been instrumental in founding and managing several premier schools. With a pan India presence, the Calorx since its inceptions, nearly a decade and half ago, is a name synonymous to professional and excellence in schooling. It has in its umbrella, the Delhi Public Schools, The Calorx School, at Ahmedabad and Calorx Public School at Mundra and Rajula. The one of its kind, sector specific Calorx Teachers’ University is developing a creed of teachers to fill the quality gap of Human Capital. She holds a post-graduate degree from Utkal University and is a Graduate of Management Education Programme, IIM, Ahmedabad. Her concern for the marginalized and those with special learning needs is evident through the projects Visamo Kids Foundation and Prerna - a school for dyslexics.

Recipient of several awards, among them, the prestigious Secular India Award from the President of India, Shri Shankar Dayal Sharma & Woman of the year by American Bibliography Society, North Carolina.

 

Mr. Mishra is a Graduate in Commerce with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Finance. He has over 20 years experience in various disciplines including General Management, Project Finance and Marketing. Mr. Mishra joined Welspun Gujarat Stahl Rohren Limited (Welspun) in 1996 as General Manager, Marketing and within a span of 10 years spiralled to the level of CEO and Executive Director of the ‘Fastest Growing Company’ in India. The recent ranking by Business World has rated Mr. Braja Mishra as the 5th most valuable CEO of Corporate India. His relevant work experience coupled with his extremely positive outlook and marketing acumen attracted a host of top Oil and Gas majors’ viz. Shell, Aramco, El Paso to partner Welspun across continents. His unique HR skills resulted in creating a dedicated work force to achieve the desired objectives.

He joined Welspun Gujarat-incorporated in 1995, then a green field project to make large diameter welded pipes for oil and gas application and steered the company through to a level of being recognized as one of the top three pipe companies in the world. He is an eminent speaker at various seminars and conferences and has appeared regularly on renowned business channels like CNBC, NDTV Profit, Zee Business, Awaaz etc.

Mr. Mishra is on the Board of Directors, Calorx Education Company Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Bijal Chhatrapati is a Law Graduate from the University of Bombay.  Mr. Chhatrapati is qualified as a Solicitor, having passed and stood first in the examination conducted by the Incorporated Law Society, Bombay in March 1988. He is a Partner with the firm of M/s. Singhi & Co., Advocates, Solicitors & Notary. Mr. Chhatrapati has gathered invaluable experience and expertise, inter alia, in handling Corporate and Commercial Litigations, Mergers, Acquisitions and Take-overs, Legal Audits and Due Diligence Exercises, Intellectual Property Rights Litigations, Conveyancing, and drafting of Specialty Agreements. Mr. Chhatrapati is on the management committee of Andh Kanya Prakash Gruh, an institute dedicated to the education and welfare of blind girls.

Mr. Chhatrapati is on the governing body of Calorx Teachers’ University and on the board of Calorx Education Company Pvt. Ltd. and Yali Education Company Limited.
